After his coffee shop days, he worked as a coffee educator for a Specialty Coffee Corporate Company where he traveled the nation teaching Michelin Star Chef’s, Restaurants, and resorts how to make excellent coffee, so you can say that he knows a thing or two about coffee science and on how to make coffee taste delicious. Not only did he do all of that for his career, but he also placed 17th in the nation in the 2018 National Brewer’s Cup championship for the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
