Rugged Coffee is a veteran when it comes to coffee and espresso catering, we have been doing it for 8 years professionally and 2 years before that as a side gig. In those 10+ years we have seen what works for catering and what doesn’t work; there are differences in operating a coffee shop to operating a catering business. Specialty Coffee shops have the luxury of taking a little extra time to prepare each drink for the guests, whereas in catering, you don’t have that luxury most of the time. Coffee Catering is about getting the most delicious drink to the guests as quickly as possible. How do you do that you may ask? Well, we have discovered that prepping everything you can beforehand keeps the quality high while speeding up the serving process, so the guests can get their drinks super quickly while keeping the quality of each drink the highest possible. One thing that we do differently than many other caterers out there is we offer the ability to customize your menu by choosing the Signature Flavored Latte’s that we offer on your menu and we can even create a custom flavor just for you. This is something that most companies dont offer and are unable to do. Another way that you are able to customize your offerins is by having the ability to choose the coffee we use. You can do this in a number of different ways. One way is by choosing the flavor notes that the coffee has, to give you the exact taste that you’re looking for. Another way is by choosing the region that the coffee comes from and the other is by choosing the specialty coffee roaster that we get our coffee from. We have relationships with many of the top coffee roasters in the Specialty Coffee Industry and the list the we currently offer is located on our website. Roasters such as, Lion and Lamb Coffee in Costa Mesa, Portola Coffee in Costa Mesa, LAMILL Coffee in Los Angeles, Moongoat in Costa Mesa, Arcade Coffee in Riverside, and Hidden House Coffee in Santa Ana.
